Description Italy has a different type of socket (CEE Type L). Two different power ratings are available, one providing 10A, the other providing 16A. This adaptor uses the latter. The standard 10A version can be found here. The 16A version has a slightly larger pitch and the pins are a little wider ensuring it cannot be plugged into a standard 10A socket. The high-powered 16A sockets are sometimes labelled “per la forza motrice”. This adaptor is the from our Standard Blue Gen2 UMC range. A Compact version is also available, as is a Standard Red Gen1 UMC version.
