A few scenarii where this might be useful: Enable the use of any of our Compact adaptors and Compact extension leads to convert from the local domestic socket to a UK 3-pin socket. For Gen1 UMC users, you can start building a collection of Compact adaptors and charge using them without having to buy the Tesla 16A red three-phase UMC adaptor. Can be used with our Tester to ensure the socket could be suitable to charge with a UMC and identify any phase wiring issues which would prevent a Gen1 UMC from working.
